Class #1 Foundations
This class will cover some common postpartum yoga modifications, setting the foundation for the rest of the classes in this series.
You will also have the chance to reconnect to your deep core muscles throughout today's gentle yoga sequence.
Class #2 The Pelvic Floor
Here you will identify & connect to your pelvic floor through the breath, yoga postures & visualizations. Enhancing your awareness throughout this gentle yoga sequence will deepen your connection to this area, bringing more balance and harmony to the body.
We will end with a short & sweet infant massage for baby!
Class #3 Nourish your Back
This class is all about releasing tension in your back body, this yoga sequence will include a few restorative poses so be sure to bring some props like a bolster or pillows if available.
Class #4- Connection & Trust
During this flow based class, you will lean into self trust while feeling how interconnected you are with all things. Meditations & affirmations will be our primary tools throughout todays gentle yoga sequence, helping to release any frazzled energy, dropping into your inner knowing and deepening your connection to the universe around you.
