Class #1 Prenatal Foundations
Here we will cover common posture and alignment modifications for pregnancy, setting the foundation for the remaining 3 classes in this series. These modifications will be woven throughout a gentle flow style yoga class.
Class#2 The Pelvic Floor
In this class you will identify and connect to your pelvic floor by uniting your breath, gentle yoga postures and visualizations. This awareness will be woven throughout the entire gentle yoga sequence, ending with pelvic floor meditation to prepare for birth.
Class #3 The Breath
Here we will cover different breathing techniques that can be used throughout pregnancy and into your labor & birth experience. These techniques will be woven into this class's gentle yoga sequence.
Class #4 Connection & Trust
This class is all about leaning into trust & reinforcing this connection. Allow any anxieties or fears to be trumped by your unwavering connection to yourself, your baby and the world around you. This will be facilitated through meditations and affirmations woven into this class’s gentle yoga sequence.
